Greetings and welcome to Through Peace. I am Anthony Wallace, and I bring a wealth of educational and professional experience to our organization. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Communication with a minor in Business, a Master's degree in Business, a second Masters in Leadership and I am completing my doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. My educational background has fortified my proficiency in leadership, conflict resolution, effective communication, empathy, and the facilitation of engaging learning environments.
My dedication to education spans over two decades, encompassing more than 20 years of unwavering service in the field of higher education. My teaching career was inaugurated in the public-school sector, where I devoted over a decade to the cultivation of young minds. Subsequently, I transitioned to the college level, where I have continued to impart knowledge and expertise.
For over a decade, I have been actively instructing conflict resolution, leadership and communication skills, honing my ability to empower individuals in navigating challenging situations and fostering effective dialogue.

Mr. Hardy is a dedicated advocate for peace and compromise in a world marked by conflict. His primary objective is to disseminate practical strategies for individuals to coexist harmoniously, even amidst differing ideologies.
With a career in peaceful positioning dating back to the 1990s, he has collaborated with community groups, businesses, and both public and private schools. His areas of expertise encompass conflict resolution, anger management, peer mediation, life skills, and more. Notably, Mr. Hardy's teaching methodology extends beyond on-site assignments, empowering audiences to perpetuate training and apply lessons learned long after his initial engagement.
Rooted in the Detroit Public School system, Mr. Hardy's early education laid the foundation for his academic journey. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI, and a Master's in Organization Management from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Hardy's overarching aspiration is to enable organizations to adeptly cultivate self-management resources, thereby enhancing day-to-day interactions with confidence and competence. together, we can achieve this goal.
